Caco. The business placed, serviced, and maintained slot and poker machines in businesses throughout Southern Nevada. After
several successful years, Mosa desired to retire and both partners agreed to sell the business. Because of their inability
to amicably dissolve the partnership, the parties agreed to submit the dissolution to arbitration.
